This review is from: New Bicycle Bike Trainer Indoor Fitness Exercise Stand (Misc.) Unfortunately, the stand would not work with my 26" "beach bike" or as some would say "cruiser bike," because of the way the rear sprocket assembly is on the bike itself. Per the instructions, it calls for the skewer to go through the sprocket assembly so the ends of the skewer would fit against the chrome spacers to hold the rear wheel in a way so the rear tire would be placed off the ground, but allowing the rear tire to touch the spinner which is on the trainer to give it the proper resistance. Now, I gave it 5 stars, rather than 1 because it was not the product that failed, it was the type of bike. The product itself and all of the other parts are strong pieces. Machined correctly.Therefore, I strongly agree the product is wonderful, built to last and I recommend the trainer. The seller was absolutely the very best!! I kept him informed all the way through the process and we both hated to see that the trainer would not work on my wife's bike.
