Beware, April 1, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Teeter Hang Ups FitSpine Inversion Table(Black\Red) (Sports) This inversion table is everything I wanted. Well build, sturdy and easy to use. I was very happy with the table itself. I have always heard great things about using inversion tables to relieve back pain and I wanted to purchase a quality table. This table was perfect, however, after using it my neck and back pain increased. I have been unable to walk and have been experiencing severe headaches since using the table. I was only inverted for approximately 10 minutes.
I do suffer from collapsed discs in my lower back and one in my neck. Just beware if you have serious spinal issues. What I hoped was going to be a tool to help me control chronic back and neck pain has been disappointing.
Again,..the table is well built and is mechanically sound, but these tables aren't for everyone. Try one out before you purchase one.
Inversion Works For Me, March 26, 2012 This review is from: Teeter Hang Ups FitSpine Inversion Table(Black\Red) (Sports) I recently purchased a Fitspine inversion table. It seems to be a very well made piece of equipment. Very sturdy and stable. I don't have any worries about it collapsing. I can't comment on how easy it is to assemble, I bought mine preassembled. It does take a good chunk of space to store it. It won't fit under a bed and is much to heavy to move around for one person. It's relatively easy to understand how to use it. It does help to read the manual, little things like setting the height setting one inch taller than the person using it. Getting in and out can be a little akward, especially after inverting. It's best to wait a minute or two to get your balance back before trying to walk. The first few times I used it I was not ready for the head rush from all the blood in my body being forced into my head, after several uses your body is better and keeping things balanced in the blood flow dept.
